[Catch Up] Day 15 - Indulgence

When you want to make yourself feel better, what can you do for yourself or give yourself that no one else can give you?

I feel like this is a very common answer but when I need to feel better, I go straight to food. I'm an emotional eater, something I've always been open about. Maybe because food doesn't judge me. Perhaps it's because I can express myself and relieve stress through food (via cooking). Or maybe I just love food and nothing more. Food is a constant. I eat for celebration and eat for depression.  I don't know when it began but I doubt it'll ever stop.

But there are times when food just doesn't do the trick. That's when I put on some Beyonce and remind myself how badass I really am.
